Not in love today!

The purpose of my blog was to be supporting and show other woman about the pros and cons of SL's.  Well today I just cannot be my upbeat positive uplifting self.  Today is one of those days where I"m NOT feeling my locks at all.  I tell you they haven't been falling right in a braidout or even freestyling.  Its been weeks since I used the lock loops and the reason I haven't is because the last time I slept with them i woke up with my neck hurting.  Ugh!!! Tomorrow should be a better day!

    awww. we all have days like this, gigglz. a couple of months ago, i went as far as removing the back 2 rows of my locs. i wasn't diggin 'em AT ALL. i quickly snapped back to reality. just remain steadfast & hang in there girl.

    You ARE staying positive! You said "tomorrow should be a better day", and it will. I enjoy reading your hair story, all of it, the good, the bad, and the ugly...It wouldn't be a good story if it didn't have all of those things. Keep on keepin' on!

    You just remind me that your hair is just like mine!!! Some days I have no idea what to do with my locks. For some strange reason I thought that with sisterlocks I wolud never have days like that again. I enjoy your blogs, like cocoa pebb said- the good, bad and ugly!!!

    Been there and still do it. However, after a good shampoo and some sort of set, I'm in love again. At least for another week.

    For curls, I usually braid sections of my hair and tuck completely under (leaving sections to look like knots). The next day I usually have curls or crinkles. I love this look. I admire your hair.

    Felicia - The answer is still SL's, but they are still ups and downs! Much more ups then downs!!

    Cocoahu - yes better days going forward.

    Kicukalah - A good shampoo and set used to work, lately I don't know.

    WonderWoman - Your curls look very cute, for some reason my bantu knots never really work out that well.
